Work Dumber, not Smarter
The biggest risk of starting a company is trying to solve problems that do not exist. Employees exist to solve-problems in an organization, but the entrepreneur is first and foremost a problem-finder.
So while employees should work smarter, the entrepreneur's intelligence is a double-edged sword that often obstructs progress, they should work dumber and harder.
